The FODMAP Talk's vision: a Low FODMAP bakery

The launch of the world’s first commercial Low FODMAP wheat flour in Australia over the weekend was a sign that a revolution is on its way.

 

The Low FODMAP flour was launched by the Australian company “The Healthy Baker”. This one of a kind product is FODMAP Friendly Certified and can be purchased at the giant supermarket chain Woolworths.

The way we see it, it is only a matter of time until the world’s first all Low FODMAP bakery will be opened.

 

Just imagine an array of bread, rolls, savory and sweet baked goods – all Low FODMAP.

Yes, this might sound like a wild dream in January 2018.

 

However, let’s not forget that not so long ago, gluten-free bakeries were just a fantasy among those with gluten intolerance. These days, in some places around the world, gluten-free bakeries and eateries are in abundance.

 

Can we dare dream of a similar future for Low FODMAP?
