A world’s first Low FODMAP certified wheat flour

The Australian company “The Healthy Baker” launched over the weekend a certified Low FODMAP plain flour, a first of its kind in the world.

 

This the first ever Low FODMAP certified plain flour, made from wheat. 

 

It was certified by FODMAP Friendly and it’s already available at the giant Australian supermarket chain Woolworths.

According to The Healthy Baker “Low FODMAP flour is made by removing FODMAPs through an all-natural, chemical-free wet extraction process". 

 

The product is made with GMO-free Australian wheat and is sold in a reusable PET containers.

 

The flour is Low FODMAP at a serving size of 100g.

This is most definitely an amazing achievement towards making the Low FODMAP Diet more accessible and versatile.

 

The possibilities using this kind of flour are endless.

 

Perhaps now, using this flour, cafes and restaurants will provide more Low FODMAP options.
