Monash University recently announced they are launching a new Low FODMAP ‘Recipe’ Certification Program. According to the Monash FODMAP blog, the program will provide the ability to cook with confidence and trust the recipes.
As a result, the very first Low FODMAP certified recipe ebook was recently introduced. It was created by the blog “FODMAP Health” and it is called “FODMAP Health Recipe eBook - Collection 1”.
The ebook is available for purchase online. It includes 60 recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, snacks and even condiments.
