Spicy Low FODMAP

If you like (and can tolerate) spice – then you might be happy to hear that San-J Szechuan Sauce is Low FODMAP certified. zechuan is a hot and spicy sauce, which is Low FODMAP certified by FODMAP Friendly .

⠀ We were very happy to spot the product, which is made by the American company San-J, also in Melbourne, Australia. ⠀ ⠀ The sauce is made from tamari, spices, ginger, plum and sesame. It’s gluten free and also kosher. ⠀ ⠀ Can you tolerate spicy food? If so, did you try this product? ⠀ ⠀ I must say that since I started to experience sever #IBS symptoms I simply cannot tolerate anything remotely spicy. Which is a shame, because I used to love heat in my food. Let’s hope it will change in the future...⠀ ⠀
