Low FODMAP New Launch: Low FODMAP Certified stir-in sauces

UK FODMAPpers – now its your time to shine!

 

The new British all-Low FODMAP company “Bay's Kitchen” is launching three stir-in sauces. All of the new products are FODMAP Friendly Low FODMAP Certified.

 

In addition, according to the company, their new products are also vegan and naturally gluten-free.

 

The new Low FODMAP stir-in sauces are: Tomato & Basil, Jalfrezi Curry and Sweet & Sour.

 

 

 

 

Bay’s Kitchen's founder Hayley Burdett told The FODMAP Talk “the Tomato & Basil Sauce is perfect for making spaghetti bolognese or as a base sauce for many other dishes; as for the Jalfrezi Curry - you can now get your curry fix on the Low FODMAP Diet! The jalfrezi has always been a favourite and this rich tasty sauce is perfect paired with chicken or prawns and some rice on the side; the Sweet & Sour is great for a quick meal, pair it with meat, tofu, prawns or veg for the perfect Chinese night in!”.

 

According to the company, all three sauces are in 260g jars and half a serve (130g) has been certified as Low FODMAP by FODMAP Friendly. In addition, all sauces are naturally gluten-free (though not tested) and are all vegan approved by The Vegetarian Society.
