New Low FODMAP Cookbook: “The Low-FODMAP 6-Week Plan and Cookbook” by Suzanne Perazzini
A new Low FODMAP cookbook just hit the shelves - “The Low-FODMAP 6-Week Plan and Cookbook” by Suzanne Perazzini.
The new book “gives readers a step-by-step plan for integrating the Low-FODMAP diet as well as lifestyle changes which will support maintaining the diet successfully over the long-term”. In addition, according to the publisher, the new book includes “worksheets, meal plans and associated recipes and diary pages to track symptoms and successfully identify trigger foods”.
The book was written by Suzanne Perazzini, a certified nutritional therapist who specializes in using a Low-FODMAP protocol in the treatment of IBS.
It includes recipes for Chocolate and Orange Polenta Cake, Lamb Stir-Fry, Pizza Muffins and Chicken and Walnut Coleslaw – to name a few.
