Low FODMAP update - horseradish paste
Monash University recently updated that Horseradish paste was tested and found to be Low FODMAP.
According to their official app, the zingy paste is lo-fo in one serving size, which is 2 tablespoons.
Horseradish paste can be used in many ways to spice up your dishes.
For example, it can be added to salad dressings, sandwiches or to complement fish, meat or poultry.
