Monash University made us, sushi lovers (or addicts, if you prefer), very happy this week.
According to the university that founded the Low FODMAP Diet, wasabi was recently tested and found to be lo-fo.
As a result, both wasabi paste and wasabi powder were added to their official app under the ‘condiments’ category.
By the way, soy sauce is low FODMAP at 2 tablespoons.
