The menu we would like to see at restaurants

November 13, 2017

The symbols “vegan”, “vegetarian”, “gluten-free” and “dairy-free” are pretty common in restaurants and cafés menus out there. However, (at least for now) it is quite rare to see “Low FODMAP” icons next to mouthwatering dishes.

This is why we were so happy to come across “Red Robyn”, a gluten-free café and restaurant located in Camberwell, Melbourne, Australia.

“Red Robyn” has two very significant lo-fo symbols on their menu: “FODMAP friendly” and “Can be made FODMAP”.

And the best part is we are not talking one or two lo-fo options – a decent part of the menu is our mate.

Weekend brunch goals?
