A Scottish restaurant offers a full Low FODMAP menu

November 5, 2017

“Atlantic Bar and Brasserie”, located in the city of Glasgow, prides itself to be “the first restaurant in the UK to cater for people who require a diet low in Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides and Polyols”.

This is, indeed, something to be proud of.

You can choose meals from the entrée, main and desserts menus. All made with “complies with the latest advice and guidance from Monash University”.

The restaurant points out that the kitchen does not exclusively prepare lo-fo dishes.

In addition – and this is the important part – costumers must pre-order their dishes 24 hours in advance by contacting the restaurant.
