FODMAP certified Butter Chicken? Yes, please!
Indian food can be a bit tricky, FODMAP wise. That’s why we were so happy to learn that Latasha’s Kitchen has recently launched a new Low FODMAP Certified Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce.
According to the company, the curry sauce is “handmade using a medley of fresh Roma tomatoes, mixed vegetables, ginger, coconut cream and blended with warming aromatic spices.”
It has a medium heat and can be partnered with chicken and vegetables.
