The university that changed our life – Monash University – has released the 6th Edition of the “Monash University Low FODMAP Diet Guide” this week. According to Monash, the new guide includes brand new recipes, new foods and new chapters.
One of the new chapters is on the “Re-challenge Phase” (a stage many of us would definitely like to learn more about).
At this stage, the guide is available to purchase via the Monash website.
As per the app, Monash mentioned the guide will be uploaded "in the near future”.
